The office culture is so nice, something you don't see very often. Very encouraging, so many ways to learn new things. It is a great place to start out and also continue your career,
Cons
Only issues are with corporate and with some of our major systems that we use. We recently went through a national company transition and I don't believe it is what we needed in California, personally. We do things very differently here and their desire to "streamline" everything is unrealistic for the real estate world. As for some of the platforms we use, I find that we run into issues so often, with Moxi, Prospect Square, etc. We constantly have to submit help tickets to fix issues. I believe that these are not helpful/easy to use for agents, I even have a hard time using them. I think that there are other real estate companies that use much better marketing and platforms than us.
