Well, only the pros can work as freelance real estate consultants. You can sign a contract with one of the Turkey franchise offices as a real estate consultant, so it's easy to start working in the real estate business.
Cons
This business is already damaged in Turkey but here in this company, it is worse than you can imagine. They behave like they are so professional which is definitely not! I started to work on one of the CB office in the asian side. The brokers were awful. They were unreliable, basically a big liar and they are not ashamed of it. They supposed to help you with whole process while you are trying to understand the job as a real estate consultant. But for sure they are not interested in teaching and supporting you sincerely. They only like you when you have something for them. that's the whole cb system is. The brokers stole my client and secretly bought the client's property and CB turkiye main office did not anything beside they sit the same dinner table with brokers and took a photo. If you ever think about being a real estate consultant here should be a big no! Also, no salary and you have to share your half earning per property with office, the other 10 percent with the main office. No work culture, also any culture at all.
