Pros
Coldwell Banker's training program was very good, it was fairly comprehensive and helpful. There was usually assistance available if needed.
Cons
Upper management seemed to not care as much about their sales people as they once did, there seemed to be a serious disconnect between them. There was a feeling that management was not always upfront with their agents.
