cheap parking. Free on weekends. Lots of events to meet people. office meetings every other week.
Cons
When I first signed on, there was no way to drum up clients. You were left to figure everything out on your own. Most agents are older and have been in the business for many, many years and go about things in an old fashioned manner. When I left, all of a sudden the broker introduced a new lead generation tool and begged me to stay. I still left and found another broker who was much more helpful.
