Pros
Boss hates people to fail and will try hard to help the employees out going far beyond what most companies will, free bbq lunch’s once on a while and not just hot dogs but steaks and really nice fixings, other employees have a culture of helping one another and each person has a say in their work environment and opinions are respected.
Cons
The hours can be long and the work can be in all types of weather and is sometimes quite physically demanding
