Not diverse, poor benefits, no real perks for employees, many layoffs, poor execution on portfolio companies, no clear direction, huge culture problem. Leadership has a lot of room for improvement. They do not know what they are doing as far as direction of the company or how to run a company. There have been multiple portfolio companies shut down with multiple layoffs.
