My co-workers kept me there much longer than I should have been. Self deprecating humor is used regularly to cope with job.

Insane expectations on picking times, after working there for 3 years and being a trainer it was very evident that their times to pick were way to extreme due to their very high turn over rate which was attributed to the fact that most people couldn't past their probation with the expectation of picking at "100% of their speed" that the company dictated. Management at the time like Laurel and Ted Savage were so out of touch with the employees on the form they just spewed garbage like "family values" while over working their employees. Terrible pay for how hard you need to work too.
