Cold Jet is a great company to work for. The work culture is extremely open and inviting. Working at Cold Jet feels like you're truly a part of the company, and your contribution makes a difference. And, in some ways, it also has that "family" feel. With Cold Jet being a medium-sized global enterprise, there's many opportunities for growth and advancement. I started off as an intern, and I was offered a full time position on my last day of my internship. Since then, I've received a few promotions, and I even got the opportunity to move and work abroad out of a regional office with the blessing and full support of everyone involved. I would absolutely recommend working for Cold Jet if you feel that you have the ability to take initiative, have ideas that would positively impact yourself and the company, and have a willingness to advance in your career while getting opportunities to explore other roles by wearing multiple hats.
