      Interesting work, great people and an awesome culture. Highly recommended

      No major cons. I've worked at several other firms both large and small and this is by far the best place I have been.

      Pros

      Founders/partners have zero ego; however, the same cannot be said the remainder of the deal team & mid-level managers

      Cons

      As AUM continues to fall, so do performance returns which will correlate with your individual comp/bonus, Unfocused investment strategies (4+) doesn't allow for expertise.
