Pros
I have searched far and wide to find opportunities for immediate income that also provide a natural growth and advancement path, and nothing comes close to Colburn. There's a great deal of emphasis placed on personal development, and the leaders truly want you to outgrow them, which is basically unheard of in most businesses of any industry. If you are fortunate enough to have an opportunity to work with CF, get started asap and don't look back. Otherwise, before you know it, you'll wonder why you dragged your feet.
Cons
You *WILL NOT* succeed here if you are not willing to work. That isn't to say they expect 80-hour work weeks (in fact there are part-time opportunities), but when you say you're working, you need to do your work. If you're looking for a 9-5 so you can do the bare minimum so you can go party, this is not a good fit.
