Culture eats strategy for lunch, but when you have both it's incredible. This is a place you can go if you have had the entrepreneurial spirit at your job and knew you could do something great, but also wanted a system in place to remove some of the risk. You can really fly as high as you want here, very real and clear success path. System to follow, leads that have asked for your help, people to support you at every level, and an IMO that will help you make your business a generational wealth tool.
Cons
To be successful, you have to be smart enough to know you can't outsmart the system people have already proven. I was not at first, but I am a slow learner. If I can succeed though, anyone can. Not a con, but a reality you need to know - Like any business you need to invest time and money to succeed. The more you invest, the faster you can succeed.
