      Pros

      There are some great people working at this company however many are stuck and don't want to be there - some last only weeks and leave for a better work culture

      Cons

      Completely unsustainable business with unrealistic targets and goals. Pushes it's staff at 100 mph with last minute decision making and constant changes. Systems are broke and are disruptive. Just a load of talk with no real substance or understanding of how to get there. Old school tactics, bully culture.

      Colas is very committed to the growth and success of their employees. Management does an excellent job of communicating their vision and short term and long-term strategies and goals. Compensation and benefits are very attractive. The company culture is very welcoming and supportive,
