Pros

Whether you are looking to start a new career in recruiting, or already are an experienced recruiter, Coit's team is a fantastic one to join. Coit works with the hottest, most exciting companies, making your day to day work not only meaningful, but also thrilling ( and just a little bit flashy) :) . To ensure continuous growth, regular training sessions are being held. As recruiters get more experience, the management does not shy away from handing over more responsibilities, which further accelerates their careers. I believe the reason why former Coit employees have done so well for themselves in their further careers is due to what they have learned during their time at Coit: the value of hard work and integrity, as well as the "can do, will do" attitude that is so widely promoted at the office. Since leaving Coit, I've gone on to work with some of the best upcoming startups across the world. My other former Coit colleagues are now working at some of the biggest silicon valley companies- the skills and experiences learnt at Coit have made all this possible!

Cons

To really succeed in recruitment you have to be ready to embrace the winners' attitude. If you are not ready to give your best day in and day out, recruiting will not be the right career path for you.

Pros

Leadership trusts their hiring process and allows you to be who they hired you to be. Client Directors are super supportive and are amazing advocates to unearth new opportunities within existing clients and new one.

Cons

The RPO model of hiring medium volume engineering and high level sales teams will be challenging over the immediate term...I made it through several rounds of layoffs and they did their best to keep everyone.
