Coit works with the hottest, most exciting companies, making your day to day work not only meaningful, but also thrilling ( and just a little bit flashy) :) . To ensure continuous growth, regular training sessions are being held. As recruiters get more experience, the management does not shy away from handing over more responsibilities, which further accelerates their careers. I believe the reason why former Coit employees have done so well for themselves in their further careers is due to what they have learned during their time at Coit: the value of hard work and integrity, as well as the "can do, will do" attitude that is so widely promoted at the office.
