      Pros

      1) Amazing leadership team ! All seasoned industry professionals, makes it easier and brings in maturity in work culture, priorities and processes. 2) Tech team is quite solid. 3) Lot to learn. 4) Lots of activities - foosbal, TT, Yoga etc.

      Cons

      Silly attendance rules..have to go to HR portal to regularize attendance each time a person gets late..

      Dalmia promoted and investor backed company.

      Cons

      The investors are nosy and get involved in everyday affairs. Untimely and senseless layoffs. The core product/offering is nonexistent as of date. Technology, the backbone of the company, is now outsourced.
