- As a new start-up, the optimization of our processes is not fully sound yet. - Work/life balance can be tough to navigate, lots happening all of the time (you can look at this as a positive and take the initiative to improve your knowledge transfer) - Too many competing priorities sometimes but this will be resolved once we optimize our internal processes.
