      - Nice teammates - High hierarchy, you are mostly shielded from business higher-ups (for those who like that) - Lots of vacation days and paid local holidays - Frequent chill periods, sometimes weeks on end

      Cons

      - Mostly unsatisfying and non-transferrable grunt work - Apathy for tech and improvements - Responsibility without authority

      A lot of people very excited to be working for a company with so much growth potential. And there's a strong leader who you want to follow in Kevin Murcko.

      Still very much a startup and working the kinks out amid rapid expansion and major changes at every corner.
