Highly compliant with regulation, easy access to management, great leadership through each department. A general positive environment to work in. Can be tough at times but support is always there when needed. Highly communicative team, good balance of frequency of meetings, always lots to learn. Never had an issue with admin or hr: any issues are resolved quickly. Ability to take ownership of work but also work with a team. Highly collaborative especially in FinCrime department. Great training resources, logical to the point management.
