None at all, it's just a bad company. Worst in my opinion.
Only good thing is Gerry (CTO), very down to earth guy.
Cons
Was terminated in 2 weeks, after being hired by them... despite them knowing i was located overseas at the time of interview, and had to relocate back to SG. They still decided to not care and terminate you straight... they quoted "performance issue" funny thing is, two weeks where and how can you evaluate performance? Was also the earliest to reach office daily.
