Pros
- Some colleagues are nice and watch your back, just those who are close to you.
Cons
- NO training - Package overall not competitive compared to workload - Insane workload and poor worklife balance: give me alot of work is ok. When you try to pretend it's not alot of work and make me feel guilty for not being fast enough, that's when the problem appears. - Office politics: the company tries to look like it's very fun and good environment but you will notice some people will keep impotant things to themselves.
