Pros
If you're considering applying for a position at CoinFlip, you need to reconsider. I thought working here would be a great idea based on the reviews I've read about the company, but they all turned out to be lies. Save yourself the misery and stay away.
Cons
Working for CoinFlip is such a stressful and frustrating experience. Employees aren't given any training, but are immediately put under a lot of pressure and expected to take on complex assignments and perform at a high level as soon as they start working. My work-life balance was a mess; my workload was always overwhelming, and I was often forced to work overtime just to be able to keep up with all the tight deadlines, and without any support from management, I was pretty much exhausted 24/7. What really pushed me to leave, however, was the terrible pay and the lack of growth. Employees are doing so much work and are pushing themselves past their limits every single day, but the salary they receive is far lower compared to what other companies are offering. Being a top performer doesn't reward you, either, and instead shows management that you're able to handle heavier workloads.
