      Its an American owned company.

      Cons

      Pay is... not good. Advancement is extremely limited.. and usually does not happen. Management does not listen to reason often and equipment is purchased based on cost first, not whethere or not its up to the job we needed.

      Management, supervisors and leads follow favoritism with friends and family even if not qualified or doing nothing but just moving around talking
