Pros

They offer a virtual work arrangement for some locations.

Cons

They base your salary on 37.5 hour weeks for calculating, but expect you to work 42 hour minimum every single week. The sky’s the limit on the maximum. No clear instructions or guidance. Managers don’t talk to each other and everyone’s project is a priority. When you say no to extra work, they give it to you anyway. Templates have outdated information which you are supposed to use and guess how to update. No clear guidance where to get new updated information. Meetings scheduled back to back with no breaks in between and no one talks to you before volunteering you for a meeting. They pay less than the government and work you more. When something goes wrong, management takes zero responsibility. Don’t bother giving management feedback. They will just come up with some excuse to keep doing what they are doing. Their positive reviews are from people who just started working and need the paycheck. Those reviews don’t reflect what it’s actually like. Summary, this is a horrible place to work. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Pros

The environment is great. Partners and Directors are very supportive. And we get a lot of holidays.

Cons

Sometimes we lose good people because there are only limited promotion opportunities.

Pros

The remote/hybrid work environment provides a good level of flexibility and work-life balance. The health insurance benefits are decent, and the firm offers a generous holiday schedule.

Cons

Compensation is low relative to the workload and expectations. Employees who leave are often not replaced, resulting in their responsibilities being distributed among remaining team members. This has led to increased workloads, burnout, and a feeling of being overworked and underpaid. Frequent budget cuts create additional challenges by limiting resources and support while expectations continue to increase. The 401(k) match is also significantly below what many comparable firms offer. Overall, morale has suffered as teams are expected to do more with fewer people and fewer resources.
