      Pros

      I love working at Cohley. The team is great (lots of fun) and I really enjoy coming to work every day. Lots of responsibility on each team member which definitely means a lot of individual growth. Working hard pays off!

      Cons

      If you're bad at handling change, this may not be the right fit. The pace is fast at Cohley so be ready to dive in and take initiative on each meeting/project you have.

      - Great team, super hardworking & supportive. Everyone at Cohley shares the same mission & compassion for what we're doing. - Excellent opportunity to work alongside execs & make an impact - Full control over your book of business - Great working relationship with the product/dev team

      Cons

      - This environment isn't meant for everyone, everyone at the company wears a lot of hats - Fast-paced environment can be hard to keep up with, especially if you're new to the company - it gets better!

      Pros

      Cohley was founded in 2016 but still operates like a start-up. With a team under 40 people, we are nimble, fast to act, and all have a voice. Fast paced environment. Quick to learn. Care about customers and team success.

      Cons

      Fewer team members means more work for everyone - even if it's not in your job description. Is this a con though?
