Regarding your Cons, I am sorry to hear that you felt this way. I cannot see who wrote this article but as a leader at Cohesion, I can tell you that Cohesion Leadership is committed to our mission of empowering people and companies to thrive. We have made great strides with our training and have dedicated trainers, on-boarding processes, tools, and ongoing training for our management, leadership, and sales teams.
It's disappointing that you perceived zero buy-in from management. Empowering and facilitating the success of our sales and delivery teams is mission critical. We consistently invest in new tools and services so our associates are working with the best software, tools, and industry solutions. Additionally, we have strong, competitive compensation plans to incentivize and reward our team members. Also, I work with many team members directly and look forward to the opportunity to work with them to deliver Cohesion services and solutions to clients. In all of our company townhall meetings, I and other leaders offer support to all team members and our doors are always open.
