      Pros

      The work/life balance is great. As with most work, there’s pockets of time that are busier than others where you work more than 40 hours a week but not often. Everyone contributes and works hard so there’s great morale.

      Cons

      Lots of people who have worked there for 20+ years so they’re pretty stuck in their ways. The culture is too casual amongst those who know each other. Some inappropriate topics were often discussed openly.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
