      Pros

      Compensation and time off are top tier. Pretty much the best out there. Products are interesting.

      Cons

      You get compensated well but you have to work for it. Expect a lot of stress and long hours. Multi tasking is essential. High risk for burnout. Performance is everything. A lot of disarray from acquisitions.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
