      Great work atmosphere. Incredible teamwork. Focus is on getting the work done, not about who gets to shine. BEST job I ever had!

      Cons

      Upper management decided to close the division after a merger. The work was offloaded to other divisions- most were offshore so no chance to keep your job.

      Pros

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
