      It's maybe better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Toxic, halfwit management, couldn't believe some of the things I saw and heard. There are some people here that have never worked anywhere else and their lack of experience shows.

      Pros

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
