      Pros

      The work itself can be satisfying, when it can be done. On site cafe which is good.

      Cons

      Raises are rare if given at all even when all targets have been hit, and record profits made. Management are not present within the team, often appearing just to complain about work rate only to not listen to suggestions. Overall atmosphere is a bit downtrodden, not conducive to a good team morale.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
