Pros
Good coworkers. Exciting products. Large player in various markets. Good place to work as a stepping stone in your career, but don't say longer than a few years since loyalty is not rewarded. Some pockets of the company have nice work environments, but others do not.
Cons
Poor management. Stock price is suffering, was about $90 and now about $33 per share. Employee pay is slightly below market rate for similar positions at other companies. Compensation doesn’t keep up with inflation, except for the CEO who gave himself a 10% pay increase in 2022. Work life balance isn't great. Many people work during PTO. We are under-staffed and workloads are becoming ridiculous, but management imply staff are lazy and insist staff just work more hours. After numerous acquisitions, the company culture is very fractured. There hasn't yet been good success at integrating the company and improving internal efficiency. It seems the priority of upper management is on finding the next acquisition target and there is little focus on internal improvements.
