      The changes were necessary to sustain business growth. In a business sense, they were smart. Unfortunately, many people had to lose jobs as business units were closed.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
