      Pros

      Job isn't overly demanding and you're able to stay very social with residents and coworkers. Work environment is very easy-going.

      Cons

      Good performance hasn't been rewarded very well in my experience. It seems no matter how well you do, at the end of the year you'll get the same raise as everyone else.
