The internship program is designed to gauge your abilities in the beginning, and let you take the reigns throughout your time with Cohere. The opportunity exists for an independent project, of your choice, to learn more about a topic you're pasionate about as well as an overarching project of their choice to show your commitment to the agency.
Cons
It would be nice to be more deeply involved in the development of client strategies. Even being in the room as ideas are being fleshed out would significantly help ensure consistency in the tone of branded creative.
