      Great clients to work with, and access to play with industry leading tools. Lots of room to learn and grow professionally. Tuition reimbursement which is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Lack of departmental management and more field techs needed.

      Pros

      - Getting paid was nice, 1/3 of work was interesting and I've learned something - Lunch breaks & OK medical insurance, baby! - Met some decent people (who left after <1 year lol)

      Cons

      - Being yelled at. It's a management style, some people didn't mind. - Some folks were really, really into their job security and gatekeeping
