      Junior staff, who are positioned to compete against each other are bright

      Cons

      Poorly compensated junior staff starting with a $50k "fellowship". The management uses smoke and mirrors to gaslight anyone who wants more clarity on their pay or upward mobility. The teams are basically run like a family business gone awry, with a married couple in charge of most of the project teams.

      none. if you don't like working as an integral part of teams, aren't goal oriented, well organized and a highly motivated professional person you won't be a good fit; quality, excellence and integrity are not just words, they are the foundation for everything this company does.
