Pros
1.) Growing company. 2.) Very supportive owners with a great vision. 3.) Owners supports to learn new things,(If it of use of company) 4.) Company spends on Research and Development whatever the areas, (SEO, SMM, Testing, Development) to go to the next level, just prove how it will be beneficial and see the support from the company. 5.) Very good infrastructure. 6.) On time salary.(Sometimes delay by 1-2 days). 7.) Sometimes monthly events(Games, activities) once in 3-4 months. 8.) Second saturday off. 9.) Managers are friendly but not at the cost of work.(sit with other employees, so No ego). 10.) Give chance to young ones to take interviews, no company will ever provide chance to allow an employee with 4 months experience only to take interview of the candidate. 11.) If you have the potential you can learn a lot.
Cons
1.) Mobile phones not allowed. 2.) Compelled to do overtime everyday. 3.) Very very harsh IT and HR policy. 4.) Sometimes biased decisions are taken. 5.) Sometimes hard work is preferred over smart work. 6.) Some employee have very very bad ethics resulted in losing jobs for some, including me(I left the job)
