If you work in a project with sensitive content there's a fair amount of wellness time (time not spent on productivity), international environment. Okay for brief periods

They told me in the interview there would be career progression openings every 6 months, turns out it's every year and a half. Most team leaders hate the job and it shows, they're good people but definitely ruined by the company mechanisms that don't allow any changes and keep the employees unhappy. I was hired to work hybrid and now it's 100 per cent at the office. Hr completely unresponsive. Payslips wrong every month. Whenever someone would try to talk about dissatisfaction they would be asked to not lower the moral of the team in the meetings and silenced with basically "it sucks but we're on the same boat so stick with it". Incredibly disorganised. Salary is a joke for a job where you work 7/7 on shifts and bank holidays. Don't do it if you have other offers!
