Has a revised salary package, has clarity on the designations from Entry level trainee till CEO.
Cons
Managers only know to dump their work to their reportees, Managers have a wierd attitude of 'I'm doing a great favour to you' for doing their responsibilities. Example: recognising your hard word and nominating you for promotion, according to most of the managers mindset s a favour done to the employee. Doesn't really feel rewarding for Hardwork. Too hierarchical. For a project, there will at least be 4-5 managers in different designations asking questions, wasting a lot of time.
