Annual incremental pay increases of between 1 and 1.5% back to back years when cost of living and inflation are high. It's essentially a pay cut for each year you stay. These annual pay increases were also delayed to August in 2024 and November in 2025. This is despite bragging about company profits each quarter within emails to employees... Promotion increases within the company are set at a maximum of 7% also, which is pitiful.
