Pros
Onsite - Ok to work. You get few promotion. Few incentives or salary hikes(peanuts). You get your pay monthly as expected and get few additional options like part of insurance and stuff.
Cons
it was good when it was a 10,000 people company. now it is 100K + and nobody gets attention. Worst HR and immigration people. If you're in onsite, or trying for onsite, you may know. Worst GC processing. Everyone will be in EB3 irrespective of years and experience. Worst politics and after working for 8 years, we turn back and see that we have nothing except a designation as a Senior Associate and 65K pay in US (which is the lowest paid for even the worst contractors)
