      You get to work with big clients and get your foot in the door of the tech industry. Provide a ton of useful learning material to upskill.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other consultancy/contracting firms. Stingy with raises. You will work unpaid overtime due to on-calls when working with one of their big clients.
