Their favorite pastime is "The Wrong Hire" game—hiring people with a fake job description and firing them for not fulfilling a vision that was never articulated. Efficiency: If you ask a genie to find you the most inefficient + directionless organization on the planet, you’d wake up in this lobby. It’s a place where only part-time workers can thrive because anyone staying for a full 40 hours a week will eventually succumb to the sheer kinetic energy of people running in circles.
