Pros

The non-leadership staff is incredible. If you enjoy "trauma bonding" with talented, hardworking people who are equally confused about leadership decisions, you’ll find your tribe here.

Cons

Where to begin? If you ever wondered what it would look like if people led based entirely on shower thoughts and caffeine jitters, this is it. 1. "Strategy": There isn't one. The "long-term plan" if there ever was any changes every Tuesday 2. "Transparency": Leadership loves to claim they are transparent. They are—in the sense that you can see through their lack of a plan. They don’t want your inputs; they want an audience for their monologues. 3. The Accountability Vacuum: Ownership is a foreign concept here. When things inevitably go south due to a total lack of clarity, the leadership transforms into professional finger-pointers. Their favorite pastime is "The Wrong Hire" game—hiring people with a fake job description and firing them for not fulfilling a vision that was never articulated. Efficiency: If you ask a genie to find you the most inefficient + directionless organization on the planet, you’d wake up in this lobby. It’s a place where only part-time workers can thrive because anyone staying for a full 40 hours a week will eventually succumb to the sheer kinetic energy of people running in circles.

Pros

joined the company as an intern and have been here for over 3 years. I’ve learnt an incredible amount during this time. As an early-stage startup, the pace is fast and the environment is highly dynamic. The team really pushes junior talent to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and step outside their comfort zones. If you’re ambitious and proactive, you’ll learn a lot in a short span of time. I was given opportunities early on to take on responsibility and work on impactful problems, which accelerated my growth significantly. It’s a great place for people who enjoy being challenged, want to build resilience, and are looking to learn and grow rapidly in their careers.

Cons

The fast-paced, early-stage nature of the company can also mean ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a lack of structured processes at times. This may not suit everyone, especially those who prefer clear paths or a more predictable work environment. Expectations can be high and there is pressure to consistently deliver high-quality work.
