Cons
Full isolation of employees: the team in which you work and all the others. You do not get any initiative from the CEO and you do not decide anything. You can slicer endless tasks for as long as you like. And the company does not care about you in all the cases. Work in a noisy open space, lack of culture or those who would control it (all do not care). You do not communicate with clients, do not participate in meetings, do not feel feedback and benefit from your work.
