I'm a recent hire, and the onboarding process at CognitOps has easily been the best and most welcoming I've ever experienced. I'm thrilled with my immediate team, but as I meet and interact with more of the company, I continue to find amazing people, all nestled into what has been a consistently excellent and inclusive company culture. Great benefits and fully remote work options are icing on the cake.
Cons
Like any remote company, it can be challenging to engage with coworkers outside of your immediate team consistently, so some more opportunities to connect with teams outside of my usual sphere would be cool!
