The people are amazing to work with

The c-suite are asking you to sacrifice 'for the future' and then make half the team redundant... leaving the rest of the team unsure where their future stands and if they're in future plans. When you ask questions regarding their plans or the disruption to work, they give a politician answer, leaving us feeling stranded. There is a lack of future planning regarding the customers, taking away their support network which was a huge plus of cognism. Now its just an expensive tool with poor data There is a huge disconnect across departments with shocking lack of communicating
