Pros

• There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow and take on bigger responsibilities • Employees who have focused on their work have reaped the benefits and made some good career strides • The company is expanding into more areas and domains with the intent and drive to become a major player in Predictive Analytics • Offers a flexible environment and good money for good performers along with lots of learning opportunities. • Experienced and solid people are part of higher management, both in India and in the US • It’s an evolving company and not everybody can be satisfied in such an environment. • Some of the reviews being submitted seem based on biased thoughts of disgruntled employees and some are fake too. If somebody has such negative comments, he/she should come out more openly instead of masking themselves under other designations. For example, there is no Director – Analytics who left the company in 3 years. Some comments posted here include personal attacks on some senior leaders of the organization which is highly unprofessional

Cons

• Culture and environment at offshore can get better and more professional

Pros

Great Opportunity to work with senior leaders. A lot to learn and contribute. Top grade salary and benefits. Very dynamic and everyone has a chance to rise up and add value.

Cons

A bit of a commute for those who live away from South San Jose, but you will be against traffic :)

Pros

You can say you have a job

Cons

It is like a bad sweat shop in China and I've worked in China and in Russia, those environments were much better. I have no idea why I landed at this company because they violate all labor laws and treat their employee VERY poorly. An Indian owned Company operating in the US and not abiding by US labor laws? It will not be too long until a lawsuit ends their charade.
