Lots of work invested into creating good and flexible tech. Mix of creative engineers, programmers, algorithm designers and solution designers to achieve a strong AI like implementation.
Cons
No money left for marketing or supporting product. Management askew. Causing more harm than good, talking directly to customers promising more than can be delivered, or not listening to their needs.
