There are kind people. Some project uses up-to-date technical stack. Office is in the center of Budapest.
Cons
Cognex are led by sales and marketing, so they make product related decisions without any knowledge. As you are a developer, it will hurt you. Too many older collegues, that means that the salary is really bad, since only interns and juniors came. Cognex wants to keep you in the company with RSU, so the youngers will leave before RSU would take effect. So the older employees are binded to the company with RSUs. Employees have to get into the office 3 times a week, so 2 days can be home office. It was communicated to employees as reason for the HO restrictions: 'culture'
