Pros
A lot of company paid activities, such as play day, outing, etc. - almost too much. The company is financially in a very good shape, which means less lay-offs when the economy gets shaky.
Cons
You lose about 4 days of your PTO because of forced "shutdown". Salaries are lower than similar companies - mine is almost 20% lower, according to Glassdoor.
